Ribs on rice, steam together(25 min)
Marinate ribs with black beans, garlic, cornstarch, and soy 10 min. Place rice and 200ml water in a shallow heatproof bowl. Arrange marinated ribs on top of the rice (not next to it). Steam over high heat 25 min. The rib juices drip down into the rice as it cooks, flavoring every grain.
