Instructions

Make wontons and broth(25 min)

Mix shrimp, pork, and ginger. Fill and fold wontons. Bring stock to a simmer. Drop wontons in and cook 4 min after they float. Ladle into bowls with broth. Top with scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil. The broth should be clear with a golden sheen from the oil.
