In the same pan, fry garlic 15 sec. Add pork, break apart and cook 4 min until deeply browned. Add soy sauce and molasses. Return potatoes, toss well. The mixture should be savory-sweet and slightly sticky. Fry eggs sunny-side up, serve on top.
