Instructions

Simmer and skewer(15 min)

Fry garlic and curry powder in oil 1 min until fragrant. Add coconut milk, soy, sugar, and 1 cup water. Simmer 10 min. Add fish balls, simmer 5 more min. Skewer and serve with extra curry sauce.
