Instructions

Grind basil, mint, green tea leaves, peanuts, and sesame seeds in a food processor with a splash of water into a coarse green paste. Season with salt.

Divide warm rice into 4 bowls. Arrange carrots, green beans, and tofu on top. Spoon a generous dollop of tea pesto on the side. Serve with a small bowl of hot green tea — pour tea into rice and stir to eat.
