Instructions

Stir-fry(10 min)

Marinate pork strips in cornstarch + soy. Stir-fry over high heat 2 min, remove. Fry doubanjiang, add mushrooms and bamboo. Return pork. Add soy, vinegar, sugar. Toss 1 min.
