Instructions

Simmer and float(10 min)

Bring stock to a boil. Drop in frozen fish balls, simmer 5-6 min until they float and puff up slightly. Add seaweed, it will bloom instantly. Season with white pepper and a few drops of sesame oil. Garnish with scallions.
