Mix syrup, oil, flour into dough. Rest 30 min. Divide dough and lotus paste. Wrap each yolk in paste, then wrap in dough. Press into mold (or shape by hand). Bake at 350°F 10 min. Cool, brush with egg wash. Bake 8 more min. Wait 2 days before eating — the crust softens.
